About

Twenty years of holding space — gently, and at your pace.

I have been supporting people of all ages since 2004, with experience in trauma — both recent and childhood — anxiety, loss, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My work has evolved into Finding Self, a nature-based therapeutic approach for those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected during times of change. I offer a calm, safe and containing space where experiences can be explored gently, and at your own pace.

As an Integrative Advanced Therapeutic Counsellor, I work creatively using Clay Therapy (advanced level), Nature Therapy, SandPlay and other expressive approaches. I also incorporate my Seasonal Insight Practice — helping you understand where you are emotionally, recognise patterns, and reconnect with yourself.

The Finding Self Approach

Creative, integrative, rooted in the natural world.

Each person's path is different. I draw on Advanced Clay Therapy, nature-based work, SandPlay and psychotherapeutic counselling — tailoring sessions to what feels right for you.

Clay Therapy

Nature & Walk-and-Talk

Nature & Walk-and-Talk

Sessions outdoors, in woodland and open space — drawing on the growing evidence that nature supports emotional wellbeing.

SandPlay & Seasonal Insight

SandPlay & Seasonal Insight

Symbolic play in the sand tray paired with seasonal reflection — recognising patterns, finding a way forward that feels sustainable.
